Adolfina seeks to create a multi-chapter alliance and fighting political organization for the Puerto Rican anti-imperialist militant women's movement that actively struggles for national sovereignty, genuine democracy and liberation for all women and gender-oppressed people with a primary focus on the strength, leadership and unity of women workers.

Adolfina formed as an Organizing Committee in NYC in October 2023 to begin basic study together, collect preliminary Social Investigation, Class Analysis (SICA), and create foundational documents to prepare for the launch of Adolfina's first local chapter.
